Ingredients:
ready made or home made poori
Fresh yogurt 2 cup
chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
chilli powder,roasted cumin powder - each quarter- half tsp
salt - to taste.
If you want to make pooris at home:
wheat flour - half cup
sooji - 1 cup
baking soda - 2 pinch
salt - to taste
oil - to fry.
Ina bowl mix wheat flour,sooji,salt,baking soda mix well.Add water little by little and knead to soft dough.Keep aside.
After half an hour divide into small balls and roll out thin rotis. Make them small round shape and fry it carefully in the medium hot oil.
Now the pooris are ready.
to make stuffing:
cooked mashed potato -2 + 1 tsp chat masala
Sev,boondi - each half cup
to make sweet & sour chutney :
dates -6 number
raisins- 1tbsp
tamarind - gooseberry size
crushed jaggery - 2 tbsp
chilli powder- half tsp
salt- to taste.
Serves - 4- 6
Soak dates,raisins,tamarind in half cup water.Add chili powder,jaggery and salt.
Then paste it with little water and drain it.
Then boil it in a vessel adding with half cup of water.
When it becomes thick transfer it to a bowl cool and keep aside.
Steps to follow.
Make the things ready.
In a bowl add mashed potatoes and chat masala, mix well and keep aside.Beat the yogurt with salt and keep aside.
How to serve the dahi poori:
While serving make hole in pooris and stuff with mashed potato mix.
Then pour the beaten fresh yogurt and sprinkle little chilli powder and roasted cumin powder.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sev &boondi.
Healthy Yummy Dahi Poori is ready. Serve immediately.Kids would love to have this in parties.

yummy i do this when i hv left over pooris from pani puri
it tastes good with some sweet some tangy some spicy taste and after dahi it gets soft thats when i love it most
